Looking For PGRE Tutor to Prep for April Test

Post by lbman » Sat Mar 07, 2020 12:17 am

Hi,

I'm looking for a tutor to help me prepare for the PGRE.

Can you recommend a great tutor that you know?

Requirements for the tutor:
1. Must have scored at least 900 on PGRE within the past two years.
2. Is organized and willing to work out a realistic training plan.
3. Has a knack for explanations that stick.

Willing to compensate competitively.

Best,
Lev

Hmm, sweet. Too bad i don’t meet the criteria though. My 980 is obtained in Oct 2017.
Anyway, unless you live in Tokyo, that’s gonna be unfeasible.

Japan’s terrible in handling overseas payments, poor exchange rates and high bank commission rates too. Just curious, how do you plan to compensate an overseas tutor?

Also maybe if you elaborate your current level of preparation, your expectations for the tutor (how many session, how long each session is), your target score, and how much you roughly can compensate, that may attract more responses.

It’s less than a month for the test, that’s hard if you are preparing from scratch.
Hopefully you can find someone suitable in this forum.

I guess there will be no April test, but if you plan to take the test at a later date I will be happy to help. I scored 990 in the October test.
