Just like what grae313 said, =w=, the requirement for each
university is different depending on it's seriousness on admission
documents and it's rank. You should use google and search for information
about the foreign university you wish to apply to. Generally it is understood that
TOELF is a requirement, for an international student , of almost every university.
If you plan to study in USA, a GRE general test score is usually required. For a PhD
program, subject test score is oftenly required.
Actually these are general informations =w=. But if you don't know, it's good to ask
someone

If you want to apply for any scholarship, take both GRE General and Subject test.
